You call or send us an email, and our trained professionals jump into action.

We review your request with precision and care, and get it into the hands of the correct department.

We don’t wait around: you’ll get a site visit from us within 24 to 48 hours.

Back at our office, we’ll create a meticulously-detailed file about your request.

Again, we don’t wait around: you’ll get a quote from us within 24 to 48 hours. If it looks good to you, we’ll request your deposit.

From there, we’ll order the required materials, opting for Ottawa or Canada-made products whenever possible.

We’re sticklers for quality control; after we receive the materials, we’ll make sure everything is up to our Brilliant standards.

Once we’re satisfied with the materials, we’ll work with you to create a schedule for our work — and then we’re ready to dive in!
